If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of this websites services, its volunteers or its policies you can make a compliant. You can make a complaint by sending an email to info@headzup.org.uk or writing to:

You will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within seven days. The compliant will be investigated and you will receive a response to your complaint, including information about any action taken or proposed, within a further 21 days.
