Ask Ali P - that's me

I'm Ali P and I've got alopecia, too, and I'm a bit older than you so I have a fair bit of experience and advice I can let you in on.

I've had alopecia for a while now. At one point or another I've had it all - no hair, no eyebrows, no eyelashes, patchy hair, weak nails, no body hair - the lot! I talk to a lot of other people with alopecia and I've heard lots of stories - good and bad. Now young people send me questions and ask for my ideas on how to deal with different alopecia related problems and situations.

On this page you can read the questions other teenagers have sent me - and if you click on the question, you'll see my answer.

Do you want to ask a question? Go on, brave it out. And remember it's very important never to give your real name or anything that could identify you - like the name of your school, or the road you live on.

Cheers

Ali P
